His name is Paul Monceret, he is the owner and operator of Decks-N-Effects, based in San Antonio, TX. He has been building San Antonio decks and creating custom backyard transformations for the last twenty years. He launched Decks-N-Effects in 1998 when he built a Texas Room onto his own house in San Antonio and then added French Doors leading to a bi-level 600 square foot Pine deck complete with hot tub, fire pit, fish pond, BBQ Grill, outdoor speakers and ambient lighting. The deck also connected to the sliding glass doors leading to the master bedroom.
His next door neighbor loved it so much that they designed a deck around his backyard pool and from there Decks-N-Effects was born.
